Do you find yourself drinking wine when you are depressed? I’ve been down that road before and it hasn’t always resulted in the best morning the next day. My best suggestion to those who has an intimate problem with alcohol, is to not drink when you are depress or need it to cure an emotional problem. It isn’t the answer to your problem . The answer however, is to have a clear head to think through the situation. And drinking will not give you that clear mindset that you are seeking.
With that said, have a drink when you really want to enjoy or savior the wine for all its glory. Drink it when you want to reminisce in the unique taste and flavor and truly appreciate the life it breathes into mastering such a flavor.
